At Journelle, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective adhesive strips are securely attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
